Service Steps:

Arranging your medical trip is easy!

1. Fill out our Request a Quote form.

2. An MTI representative will contact you in less than 24 hours (usually with an approximate quote for your requested procedure.)

3. You will be asked to fill out a Medical History Questionnaire in order for doctors to ensure that you are a candidate for your requested procedure.

4. A conference call will be arranged with the recommended surgeon for your procedure.

5. Surgery will be scheduled.
